Do I need a subscription to use Arvie?

No! You don’t need a subscription to use Arvie’s powerful search and booking engine. With your Free Arvie Account you have unlimited free searches, can SelfBook available sites on the host website and you can start Sold-Out-Scans™ with AutoBook™ for sold out campgrounds with our new Pay-Per-Use system.

How do Flexible Dates Scans work?

Flexible Dates Scans allow you to set Sold Out Scans™ with AutoBook™ for variable date ranges, increasing your chances by scanning multiple trip options at once.

• Scans for trips between 2-5 nights have the highest success rates.

What if a campground is fully booked or sold out?

Campsite reservations get canceled every day. Arvie’s exclusive Sold Out Scan™ with Auto-Book™ monitors your selected campgrounds every 2 minutes to book cancellations instantly—even while you sleep!

How do I modify or cancel a reservation?

Typically, you can modify or cancel reservations directly with the campground. For assistance, simply email [email protected] and we’ll gladly help.

Why do I need to complete my profile?

Arvie Agents use your profile details to automatically book your campsite. Click “Book It On Arvie” without leaving our site—we handle the rest!

How are payments processed?

Arvie securely processes payments through leading providers Stripe and PCI Vault.

Arvie PRO: Free trial, cancel anytime.
Pay Per Use: $4 per scan + $20 (first night) and $5 (each additional night) if successfully booked.

Note: No Arvie employee or third party can access your credit card details.

Is my credit card information safe with Arvie?

Absolutely. Your payment info is securely processed via Stripe and PCI Vault, meeting the highest security standards (PCI-compliant).

How much does Arvie PRO cost?

Arvie PRO includes a free trial. After the trial, it’s just $199.00/year (~$16.50/month) billed annually. Cancel anytime during the trial.
